The products
What are the three products?
Three. Pororo Vitamin C Chewable Candy (peach flavoured chewable tablets, 36mg Vitamin C per serving, 250 tablets per box). BoBoiBoy Gula-Gula Kunyah Kolostrum (milk flavoured chewable tablets with cow colostrum and zinc, 250 tablets per box). BoBoiBoy Campuran Madu + Echinacea (single serve sachets of 99.5% natural honey, 5 sachets per box). All three are foods made for children 2 years and above.
What age are they suitable for?
Ages 2 and above for both products. For children under 2, please speak to your paediatrician first.
How does my child take them?
Chewable tablets: 2 tablets per serving, chewed. Honey sachets: tear and pour one 15ml sachet per serving. Once a day for either.
Which one should I choose?
The chewable tablets feel like a treat and are good value per serving, and you can buy a single strip to see whether your child likes them. The honey sachets are mess free and the easiest way to start. Many parents keep both on hand.
Is the Pororo and BoBoiBoy artwork official?
Yes. Pororo is licensed from Iconix and Ocon, and BoBoiBoy from Monsta Studios Sdn. Bhd. The artwork on our packs is their approved artwork, used under licence.
Safety and ingredients
Is this medicine?
No. Both products are classified as food products, not medicines, and carry no MAL number. They are a tasty daily vitamin kids enjoy - not a treatment for any condition.
Is this just sweets?
They are foods, made in a flavour children will actually take. Every ingredient is listed on the pack, so there are no surprises. Pororo Vitamin C is a chewable candy sweetened with glucose plus stevia and aspartame. The BoBoiBoy chewable tablets are sweetened with maltitol. The honey sachets are 99.5% natural honey, which is naturally high in sugars.
Are they Halal?
Yes. All three products are Halal certified to MS 1500, marked on the pack.
Where are they made?
The two BoBoiBoy products are made in Malaysia, in a GMP and HACCP audited facility that is also US FDA-registered. Pororo Vitamin C Chewable Candy is made in Korea by E&S Co., Ltd. All three are distributed by Medthrive Sdn. Bhd.
How much sugar is inside?
We print the full nutrition panel on every pack. The BoBoiBoy chewable tablets are maltitol based. The honey sachets are 99.5% natural honey, so they are naturally high in sugars. We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out later.
Ordering and delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping applies at checkout, and orders over RM100 ship free within Malaysia.
Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide for orders placed through our webstore.
Orders placed via Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are currently available for delivery within Malaysia and Singapore only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase, allowing you to monitor your parcel and view the estimated delivery date. You’ll receive continuous updates throughout the delivery process for complete peace of mind.
Can I return an order?
Unopened products can be returned within the window set out on our Shipping & Returns page. For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened packs unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If anything looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
