The chewable tablets are sweetened with maltitol, or with glucose plus stevia and aspartame in the Pororo range. The honey sachets are 99.5% natural honey, which is naturally high in sugars.
We print the full nutrition panel on every pack. The berry chews are maltitol-based; each 15ml syrup sachet contains 14g of sugar. We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out later.
